This privacy notice explains how I use any personal information I collect about you.

 

Personal data I collect and how I use your data

• When you contact me with an enquiry:
  I will only use your information to respond to your query. I do not use a mailing list and do not share your data with third parties outside Brys Strategic Consulting.
• When I carry work out for you:
  I will hold your personal information on my systems as necessary for the relevant activity, or as set out in any relevant contract you hold with me. I erase or anonymise it unless there is a clear justification for keeping it for longer, in line with Data Protection principles.
• When you visit my web site:
  My web site uses a cookieless analytics service - which is GDPR compliant – to analyse how the website is used. The information collected is solely for statistical purposes and is not used to identify individuals. More information on the cookieless analytics I use and how they process data.

 

How I protect your data

I am committed to keeping your data secure and I store any data provided encrypted in secure computer systems.

 

Who has access to your information

I do not sell or share your information with third parties outside Brys Strategic Consulting. If relevant to your query or the work I carry out for you, I work with my Collaborator Amanda Heenan, who is the founder of Arc of Inclusion. My web site does not use cookies.

 

Transferring your information outside of Europe

The information which you provide me with may be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA). By way of example, cloud storage providers hold servers in the US, or, if you complete a survey, the servers for the survey platform are currently located in countries outside of the EEA. If I transfer your information outside the EEA, I will take steps to ensure that the country also ensures an adequate level of protection and your privacy rights continue to be protected as outlines in this policy.
