Speaker & facilitator

For webinars and workshops

I specialise in engaging, thought-provoking events that give your attendees the tools to take action, either:

  • Fully bespoke for your team or organisation only (closed event).
  • Public and tailored to your target audience (open event).

I use a systematic approach to ensure that your objectives and the interests of your audience are met (read more about my approach).

Topics I have presented on:

  • Customer experience excellence
  • Service user experience
  • Building good relationships – preventing and addressing friction and conflict
  • Becoming more effective as a team
  • Strategy development
  • From vision and values to action plan

In my workshops and talks I tend to use a mixture of food for thought, discussion, sharing of best practice and practical tools. I usually include time for attendees to learn from each other and to draw up an (individual) action plan.

Feedback from attendees

Customer Experience Excellence workshop for law firm Inksters

"The workshop made you think about refreshing everything! I look at everything differently although I am 100% customer focused."
"It made me think about the client’s perspective and how things look from the other side."
"Everyone was motivated and a doable collective action plan to work towards was created."

"Creating Outstanding Service User Experiences": webinar for the Cranfield Trust

The webinar was attended by 100 representatives – three quarters of feedback mentioned that the webinar exceeded their expectations.

"This was a great webinar designed to get you thinking of service user experience and adding value to everything your organisation does."
"Thoughtful, factual and inclusive webinar. I would recommend."
"Our organisation will benefit from this seminar and allow us into becoming a better service for our stakeholders."

"We are in the process of updating our system delivery. Catherine's webinar gives us a wealth of tools to ensure we get the process right from user perspective rather than ease of delivery."

"The session led by Catherine Brys was excellent and really helped to define the key values that underpin designing and running a viable User Experience. I would wholeheartedly recommend attending future Webinars that are offered by the Cranfield Trust."

Feedback from event organisers

As event organiser you want to be assured that your speaker will deliver value for your attendees, be reliable and organised.

At the start I ensure that I thoroughly understand your expectations and your attendees' needs and interests. I then design the talk and liaise with you in the way that best suits you, minimizing your time and effort.

“It was a pleasure to have Catherine speak at our Sole Practitioner and High Street Firm Conference this year. She was extremely involved in the conference run-up and our members benefitted greatly from her experience as well as her insightful and engaging presentation.”
Jessica McClure, CPD Operations Officer, The Law Society of Scotland

"Catherine was a pleasure to work with, eager to tailor the session to the needs of the organisations we support. We would highly recommend Catherine as expert in customer experience and strategy; and are delighted to have her experience available."
